Reservations
A major credit card
is necessary to reserve any spa treatment. We suggest
reserving all services well in advance, so as to
accommodate the services you may want.
Spa Check
In
Please fill out all necessary paperwork to
start your relaxation process. Please turn off
all cell phones.
Payment
We accept
most major credit cards. No personal checks.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who
must cancel or reschedule an appointment must do
so 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Multiple services and packages must be cancelled
at least 48 hours in advance. Clients using a gift
certificate must also cancel within the required
time or the gift certificate will be voided. Failure
to comply with the cancellation policy – full charge of service(s) you booked
will be charged to the credit card on file.
